Who we are

What we collect

Your email address, the language and page you signed up from, campaign tags in the link (utm), your IP address and the time you signed up and confirmed (as proof of consent), which emails we sent you, whether you opened them or clicked a link, and any email you send us.

Why

To run the waitlist for the Reverse-Engineering System community, to send you the weekly newsletter you asked for, to answer your replies, and, if you tell us what you are building, to see whether we can work together. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting, database, receiving and sending personal email), Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, EU region Stockholm, sends the newsletter) and Anthropic (an AI model helps us read and answer replies). We never sell your data.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your address on a do-not-mail list so we never email you again.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with one click in any email, and ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to the address above. You can complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
